7 Days to Die | In Depth Modding with RongoTheBold | Modding new ores!
Hi! In this series we will be covering all the xml files, how to edit them and make changes as you want to mix up the game. Each video in the series will cover one or more related xml files and show you examples of them in real 7 days to die worlds. In this video I am going to show you how to enable copper in your game, add a new ore, zinc, and set up all the bits you need to mold and manipulate your way to lots and lots of brass! Check out my website at www.rongothebold.com for the bits you'll need to add to your own files to make this work. If there is something in particular you would like me to cover, please let me know in the comments below. As always modding the game carries a risk of messing up your game, so be sure to make a backup of your files first and always test on a separate save game first. You can always use the Steam "verify files" to restore the game to defaults. You assume all risks by using this information. Intro and ending music by my friend Ryan M. Hare from his composition 'Maracanazo.'
