Ryzen wasn't AMD's first victory! - Techie's Show & Tech
AMD, especially now, with their Ryzen 5000 series, has been absolutely clobbering Intel these past few years. However, this isn't the only time that they've found themselves beating their rival. AMD's K6 line of chips from the late 1990s and early 2000s paved the way for the company to release their Athlon chip, which, for a time, truly began to threaten the market dominance that Intel is known for.
