0:00 - Intro 0:55 - Mini puzzle 1:45 - Main puzzle (by Joe Deeney) 34:12 - Commentary First Saturday of the year and it was *rough* (39+ minutes is my longest solve in a while). I did try to read out every clue and give a bit more commentary during the solve. I think 32D "Do-o-ope" is a really weak clue, and a pretty weak fill, as well. But mostly I was just dumb. Spent far too long in the SE corner, but the SW is what really wrecked me. I fast-forwarded through eight minutes of the video save all of us the pain of watching me flounder.
