Stefan is an ambitious young farmer who at one with nature and has a great thirst and learning for agriculture. He is responsible for estimating yields and measuring tree lines at the grove to ensure the property is maintained and kept in a condition to produce the freshest olives in Australia. Stefan loves the mateship and community of the groves and enjoys sharing farming stories and recipes with the Boort locals - because it's food that brings us together.
