The IR videos and stills were crisp and clear and the built-in audio is a lot more sensitive than other video cameras we have used in the past. We absolutely love this camera. Finally, the battery life is great. We also had a reason to contact customer service for an issue unrelated to the camera itself. Their response was quick and the question was not only answered but another case supplied rapidly. These people stand behind their products and we have decided to purchase more of these cameras.
