"He was there with his friend who was also stabbed four times in the back. "We got a phone call this morning at about 3.30am and it was from George's friend telling us what had happened. "We did not believe it at first and I didn't think it could be him, I still don't believe it even though I now know it's true. "We are going out there and we're leaving as soon as possible. The embassy is closed tomorrow because it's a bank holiday for them, so we're arriving on Tuesday and somebody will meet us from the airport.
