Not a big deal, especially since it needs both USB-C inputs but I did need to mention it.Customer service is A++++ and they replied super quickly.Gold plated connectors is nice; definitely feels like quality overall for the entire device.The sheath it comes in is a nice, extra touch.Love that it has an HDMI input.
