[LOST ARK] Valtan (Hard Mode) Gate 2 Bard POV

first clear! very messy, but we were all new/trying to play safe i am 1445 ilvl i was trying out this skill build (no soundholic) per my friend's idea, and i actually liked it a lot for this fight because it offers the safety of rhapsody + 2 counters and valtan doesn't have any real stagger check
