5 Starch Solution WFPB Summer Snacks! Hello and happy pre summer! I love love LOVE summer and was happy to share these quick and easy snacks! You can pair them with other things as well. Recipes below! Let me know which ones you will be trying and then tag me so I can see on IG! @MissSCraig @_missscraigfit_ __________________________________________________________________ Paid Business Inquires: [email protected] If you missed my last video, here it is: https://youtu.be/72s5p63ohes Late Night Pb2 Shake 3/4 frozen banana 1/2 fresh banana 2 tablespoon Pb2 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut 1 cup Oat milk 1 teaspoon agave Blend and top with cinnamon Apple Nachos Wash, slice and plate your favorite apple (mine is Honey crisp) Mix 2 tablespoons of Pb2 with 1 tablespoon of water (alter as you like) Sprinkle anything you like on top I added Pb2, unsweetened coconut flakes, and chopped chocolate chips. Chopped nuts would be great too! Do not add if going for low fat Fruit eat your fruit and drink your water Granola Preheat oven to 350 Blend 1/2 cup of water, 4 tablespoon of agave and a dates or two if you like it sweet sweet and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract In a bowl add 1 1/4 cups of rolled oats, raisins, coconut and anything else you would like to add. Slowly mix in wet ingredients. Spread thin on a cooking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Remove and break it up and spread thin. Bake for 15 minutes and leave alone to cool and put in a container to keep for the week! Hummus Rise and boil 1 can of garbanzo beans for 15 minutes Blend with with a 1/2 tablespoon of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin, 1/4 teaspoon salt and a splash of water to blend. Serve with chips and veggies! I need to perfect this recipe! Let me know which one is your favorite!
