Prime minister Rugunda says government is investigating Kibuule assault incident

The Prime Minister Dr. Ruhakana Rugunda has said the assault claims against state minister Ronald Kibuule are being investigated and a report will be out soon. Kibuule allegedly assaulted a female security guard Hellen Obuku at the Stanbic Bank branch in Mukono last week. The Prime Minister also officiated at the opening of the cabinet retreat for new ministers.
