Lalor Leads Bipartisan Effort to Toughen Sentencing for Multiple Homicides
Assemblyman Kieran Michael Lalor (R,C,I-Fishkill) joined Assemblyman Frank Skartados and Senator Terry Gipson at a press conference to announce legislation that would give judges in New York State the discretion to allow the sentencing for two or more crimes through a single act to run consecutively when one of the crimes results in a homicide.
