Very nice color and floodlight. I wish I could make it darker All lights dimmable Red light (it is not as bright as the one from the storm 400) Design (I like it) Weight (92g measured) Neutral: Weatherproof, but you need to dry the battery compartment after it got wet for a longer time Not so good: Clip which holds the battery compartment, You need to open it carefully, Summary: The Revolt 350 is still the only headlamp from black diamond which offers rechargeability directly via USB. Very bright and comes with high capacity Li Ion battery which gives a very long burn time. The capacity is even higher than the Storm 400 with the 4x AAA. (But with Lithium you can bump the Storm even higher) If you need to have a full water proof light I still recommend the Black Diamond Storm 400 which has also very bright red, green and blue modes but does not offer rechargeability and is more heavy.
