Fly Fishing the Good Old Reliable Tully, "RAIN THEN SNOW!!", Dec. 2020
I really didn't want to travel today, so the good old reliable Tulpehocken Creek was the destination, and boy was it ever! Started out with no other fishermen on the creek, a steady rain was coming down, air temp was 37 degrees and dropping. I didn't have to wait too long before I got into some fish. Again, another good old reliable proved to be effective, the San Juan Worm. Then the Globug started to show off. In the end, I think the Globug pulled off a come-from-behind victory. Had a camera issue today, so I couldn't get the last hour or so on film for you, off camera I landed 6 more trout and had to do my closing on my phone. But, the great news is my camera started working again a couple hours after I got home, so it should be business as usual.....I hope, HA!
