Should we ever show our anger? The Dalai Lama Responds
The problem with anger is that whether or not we agree to feel it, express it or repress it, it already happened. Here, the Dalai Lama makes an important differentiation between the negative and positive expression of anger. The positive, he says is motivated out of a concern for the well being of the 'other', whereas the negative is more motivated by frustration or ill-feeling. While we could get angry about the amount of anger in the world, we could also take the inquiry a notch deeper. http://perception.inner-growth.org/ Donations to the channel are gratefully received: https://www.paypal.me/VeReCreations
