Path to the Headquarter | Half-Life 2 - Triage Walkthrough

There is quite a lot trigger error in this one. The one that requires that dude to shoot down a heli with the rocket took me a lot time to get it work, I found out that rocket launcher the player picked up would be thrown away as soon as it run out the ammo in the footage I cut out. At the canal part where my game crashed (around 29:45), what I did is to run towards right as fast as you can once you entered the canal. I've tried to avoid triggers that might crash the game but in vain. Therefore, run towards the next autosave would be the best option.
