Are BLU Devices Safe to Use?

I use a BLU G91 Pro to discover which apps come pre-installed on the device, their privacy policies, and whether it's alright to use their phones. I dig into their Mobile Services app and find out what it does, what data it collects from the end user, and what they do with it. We find out if it's possible to use a BLU phone with privacy in mind.
