For the full recipe: Keto Shrimp and Broccoli in Garlic Sauce Prep Time 15 minutes Cook Time 20 minutes Passive Time Author Bettye Burnett Servings 3 people INGREDIENTS 20 oz box of Turkey Bone Broth Soup 4 cloves garlic, minced 2 stalks of Green onion minced 1 thumb-size ginger minced 1 tablespoon Coconut Amino Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon Sesame oil 1 teaspoon vinegar 1 teaspoon black pepper 1/8 teaspoon pepper flakes, optional 1/8 teaspoon Stevia sugar 1 tablespoon psyllium Husk flour 2 tablespoons avocado oil 3 cups broccoli florets 12 ounces Shrimp deveined tail and shell on INSTRUCTIONS In a large skillet, add the box of Turkey Bone Broth Soup to the pan. Turn the stove on to medium heat. Cover the skillet with a lid and allow for the broccoli to cook for 5 minutes. Remove broccoli from bone broth soup and add to an ice bath. Set aside the bone broth soup for the garlic sauce. Wash the shrimp, and remove shells and tails. Check the shrimp to determine if some of them need to be deveined. Add some ½ teaspoon of sea salt, and a small amount of garlic to the shrimp, and set aside. Start on the Garlic Sauce by adding the Turkey Bone Broth Soup to the bowl with the garlic, ginger, coconut amino soy Sauce, vinegar, green onion, black pepper, sesame oil, and psyllium husk flour. Mix well. Set aside. In a large skillet, add the avocado oil and then add the shrimp. Cook the shrimp until it turns pink and some pepper flakes. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside. Now add the broccoli into the same skillet as the shrimp. Add the broccoli sauce and cover the shrimp and broccoli for about 5 minutes. Then, remove the lid and allow the shrimp and broccoli to cook a few minutes longer to evaporate some of the water and for the sauce to thicken up. Serve with Cauliflower rice. Enjoy!
