How to Squat Deep with Good Technique

This video provides you with good technique on the Squat, use this information well and you're squat will improve dramatically and you'll be able to squat deep if you cant already. Most importantly don't put too much weight on the Squat, lower the weight down and make sure your form is on point before you try anything heavy!
