Gluten-Free Vegan Madeleines | Easy Lemon Poppy Seed Recipe

Making beautiful Gluten-Free Vegan Madeleines is simple and pretty quick! Creating such a recipe without gluten/wheat, eggs, dairy or nuts can be challenging. My mission was to develop an easy recipe for all to try while making them as light as possible without gluten/wheat, eggs or dairy. The lemon flavour and poppy seed twist is the best part! Decorating them is fun too! If you can’t consume GF oat flour, consider trying the almond version if you are not allergic to nuts. Ps.
