Bioshock T4200 laptop gameplay on low setting

on low setting it's about 22 fps (with fraps) on medium setting about 16 fps (with fraps) & high solution System spec : Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU, T4200 @ 2.00 Ghz and 2.00 Ghz 4 GB of RAM but only 2.93 usable 32 bit Computer Thanks for watching ! :D
