You unlock the jupiter assassination node once you complete the chimera prologue. After that you can go free fighting the boss. You should have an upgraded amp or run with other people if you have a mote amp like me. In total you can get 5 amalgam mods from this boss. Wisp only requires 3 parts from the boss.
