Col. Neel Kearby honored in ceremony for the National Medal of Honor Museum in his hometown

During World War II, Colonel Neel Kearby earned the Medal of Honor when after completing his assigned mission and running low on fuel, he took down six enemy aircraft and saved his wingman's life.
