40 MIN Low Impact | No Equipment | No Jumping | No Repeat | INTENSE FULL BODY | Sweaty @ home Hey team #everydaywarrior ! Many of you were asking for a 40 Min Intense Low Impact workout. So I created this one: It is a 40 MIN total body workout with bodyweight only. No noise, no jumping, so this workout is appartmentfriendly. I promise, low in impact does NOT mean less intense and exhausting. I pushed myself through this workout, and there might even be some points where you see me failing, or taking a little break. That's totally fine, if you do that yourself. Since we all are different and we all have different fitness levels, different strengths and weaknesses, also different genetics. Alright: LEGGO! Don’t skip your warm up - or at least start a little slower. This workout is much slower and more controlled in every movent. It combines strength and conditioning though. Remember to maintain a proper form while doing every exercise.
