Warframe: Nova Prime Build (Slowva)
The general build is not affected by the U18 other than me adding a lens to Nova for more focus. Drift mods are nice but I still like Hand Spring the most. Anyways, maximizing duration is the core idea of this build, so no transient fortitude and fleeting expertise. You will also need enough power strength to maximize the percentage slow without damaging the other attributes too much.
