Banded Pass Thrus in a Squat | CrossFit Invictus

Take hold of a band and sit at the bottom of the squat. Holding the band with arms in a snatch grip, roll the shoulders back as you reach the band overhead and behind, keeping the arms straight. Then bring the band back to the start position.
