‘Unbroken’ by Laura Hillenbrand | BOOK REVIEW
Yes this book is as hugely inspiring as they say. #unbroken by #laurahillenbrand tells the amazing story of Louis Zamperini, the Olympic runner who was set to run the first 4 minute mile a long time before Roger Bannister. Pearl Harbor meant that he went on a mission and crashed in the Pacific. He and two friends survived and spent weeks at sea getting attacked by sharks and dying of thirst and exposure. The story is frightening and tense but full of hope and massive inspiration. If you enjoy war stories this has to be one of the very finest and it really gives a sense of perspective and certainly made me sort out a few things that have been pressuring me recently.
