Fiberblowing or Cable jetting is a technique to install cables in ducts. It is used to install cables with optical fibers in microducts or bundles of microducts Blowtest in pipe. Location: GM testfield Hedensted Denmark A customer wanted to make sure that our products where performing according to his demands. He told us to roll out our 7 x 14/10 between 2 drums with a distance of 225 meters between them. We connected the 7 microtubes in the bundle and thus achieved a total length of 1600 meters. That means that there is 13 turns of 180 degrees. Each turn being 120 cm. in diameter Everything was surveyed and controlled by the customer. 1600 meters where achieved in 21 minutes. www.gm-plast.dk
