Battle! Trainer (Pokémon Black & White) - Marching Band Arrangement
The theme that plays when battling a trainer as heard in Pokémon Black & White. I've actually taken a lot of embellishments and rhythms that appear in the more fleshed out version of the song from Pokémon Black2 & White2 for this arrangement. The notes and rhythms making up the bass line probably would have deviated a lot from the original if I'd gone for a sound and feel more intentionally tailored for a marching band, but I was compelled to keep things to how they sound in-game as much as possible. This was actually the first song I've ever attempted to arrange for marching band. It's gone under plenty of small revisions since the months I'd worked on it, but I'd say this is a pretty solid result.
