I am on my 3rd Infiniti and one of the reasons I keep buying them- in addition to the fact it is a great car- is the service department at Infiniti Marin. I have found them to be very reliable and trustworthy. They never recommend repairs unless they are necessary. For example, I have over 74k miles on my 2007 M35, and have still not have to had the brakes redone. Every time I go in for an oil change, I inquire about whether the brakes should be relined, and I have always been told that they are still good, they'll recheck next time.
