Substance Painter : Opacity Map (Baking) and Transparency
Final Result on Sketchfab : https://skfb.ly/6SVqH 1/ Bake only the Normal Maps without diffusion (Dilation, padding, etc). 2/ Export this Normal Map to Photoshop, change the color layer to white, create a black background layer. Export this image that'll be your opacity map. 3/ Back in Substance Painter, Bake all the usual Mesh Maps, but with bleeding this time (aka diffusion / dilation / padding) 4/ Import into Substance Painter's Shelf the Opacity map that you just made in Photoshop. 5/ add a Texture Set Settings : Opacity 6/ Change Substance's display Shader Settings to "pbr-metal-rough-with-[...]"
