Testing ZTN's Puppet W/BNCW vs Boss MWW H1 OS ( Great potential )

This artifact made alot of sense to me on BNCW. Seeing as how she applies negative effects on her opponents w/basic attacks & specials you can immediately take advantage of this artifacs buffer since it only lasts for a limited amount of time! Will it replace the beta club, or the Batarangs on her? Probably not. But it definitely has potential vs DOT immune opponents! Shout out to my good buddy & teammate Ziggaveli for the idea!
