CEO Plays: 6.9 Viktor (League of Legends)
I play Viktor and I do a terrible job. Spoilers~ But I do get to get some miles out of the upcoming Hextech item. So I have that going for me I suppose! Note that the items I use in this game aren't final, but I feel like Riot knows what they want out of the items. So in other words, even if the numbers aren't right, they know that they're gonna make an item that has a dash, for example. I think Viktor has some potential with some of the hextech items, but maybe not this one. Maybe the other one that builds out of Catalyst of Aeons might be more suited to him.
