Yogurt Custard Tart || No Added Sugars & Fats! || 179 Calories
There are no added sugars and fats, just fibre and creamy goodness in these tarts! Try them for breakfast, afternoon tea, or dessert! - Makes 4 Tarts - Ingredients: - 1 medium banana (118g) - 3/4 cup quick cooking oats (80g) - 2 cartons vanilla yogurt (200g) - 2 large egg yolks (32g) - 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (0.5g) Directions: 1. In a bowl, mash the banana. 2. Add the oats and cinnamon to the banana. Mix until thick and dough like (if mixture is too liquidy, add in more oats until the consistency is right). 3. Divide the oat mixture into 4 tart or cupcake pans. Press and mould into the pans to form 4 tart shells. 4. Bake tart shells at 350F for 10-15min. 5. Mix together the yogurt and egg yolks. 6. Once the tart shells are done baking, pour the yogurt mixture into the shells (no need to wait for the shells to cool down). Continue to bake at 350F for another 25-30min. 7. Let the tarts cool down slightly before serving but enjoy them best while they are fresh!
