Whether you're using inline skates, ice skates, adults skates e.g. quad skates, this video can help you to skate almost immediately. If you already have some experience in skating, but want to improve, this can help you, too! You can try these tips at skating rinks or your local skating center or even a roller derby. My preference are to quad roller skate as they are skates designed for more control! The ball bearings are pretty standard performance between them, unless they are roller skates for kids because they are not often as good.
