Connecting a OBD1 Scantool to a 1uzfe. It's not the port on the engine. DLC1 & DLC2 diagnostics

I'm on a mission to give the correct information on 1uzfe engines. This video covers connecting a scantool to a OBD1 1uz engine which are the non-vvti engines. Its not the DLC (diagnostic link connector ) on the engine , look under the dash to find the second DLC. If wiring a 1uz the engine DLC can be changed to allow scan tool connection.
