Take the challenge yourself and post your results in the comments: Arm Workout Challenge: -Measure bicep circumference before and after 1- Alt DB Curls Reps: 12,10,8 2- Skullcrushers DB Reps: 12,10,8 1- Bar Curl with back against the wall. 5 reps each (regular, reverse and inside grip) 2- Triangle Pushups until failure (3 sets each) 1-BFR (Blood Flow Restriction) Dropset (if you don't have BFR bands just do without) -Cable curls, starting at max 15 rep weight, smash 15 reps, drop two pins and rest only 10 seconds, then smash 15 more and so on until failure or finished stack. Final Step: 1-Measure arms, admire veins, party on!
