Fine tune your core...and everything else with this Paralletes push/pull/core complex💪🏼 . . 1️⃣ the advanced circuit is 3+ rounds and features an L-Sit Hold and plyo push-up finisher 2️⃣ the beginner/intermediate circuit is exactly the same except the L-Sit is performed with feet on the ground and the plyo push-up becomes a standard push-up 3️⃣ Inverted Row- concentrate on back and rear Delt contraction. Switch hand positions (under/over, under/over, double overhand) every 5 reps until you cannot complete any more reps with good form. Aim for the bar with your sternum . .
