1598: Fixing Macbook stuck on progress bar. A1932 that never quite boots.

FlexBV can be purchased at https://pldaniels.com/flexbv OpenBoardData available at https://openboarddata.org The Macbook Air A1932 is a fairly commmon Macbook that does routinely show up in the job queue and in many cases it's a CPU failure, but this one came in working "mostly fine" until I tested a few things and then it commenced with the dreaded stalled progress bar fault. Usually a stalled progress bar is caused by a bad trackpad, back battery or some thermal sensor that's gone bad; however I tried changing in to a completely separate chassis and it *still* was misbehaving so I thought I had genuinely done something wrong to the board and was getting ready to chalk it up as a bench damage situation.
