Crysis on HD4830

i get about 25~35 fps without fraps, 21 when recording with fraps also, im using C.U.D.A.A.T.S [CCC] v2.21 which is a custom config for better graphics specs resolution 1024x768 core2duo E7200 @ 2.53ghz Sapphire HD4830 Abit ip35P 2Gigas RAM 800mhz
