Gaming on Linux EP#6: STAR WARS Jedi: Fallen Order (Origin Edition)
This is the Origin version of the game and after trying it through Lutris and Origin, it was unplayable. I then found a way to run it through Steam and Proton and it was much better. Not 100% perfect, with little stutters and frame drops here and there, especially when going into the cutscenes, but from what I read online this problem has been with the game since Day 1. https://www.protondb.com/app/117238 SACRED RATING: Playable. If you are fine with the above issues. OS: Linux Mint 20.2 x86_64 Kernel: 5.4.0-91-generic Nvidia GPU driver: 495.44 Client: Steam, Proton-6.21-GE-1, DXVK_ASYNC=1 %command%" as Launch options
