[Gwent] 0 point card in hand?
Full video here: https://youtu.be/-jHgiwYTBR0 Hey friends! Me and my buddy are back with another combo! This time our cards are caught up in a dangerous game of espionage and deception. The combo is by far the most efficient combo; it breaks the game im 32 turns just like Regis Cahir, but the specialty of this combo is that it CAN break he game in even lesser turns...if you're fast enough! The base of our combo is still the same, with Idarran, Damien and Letho Kingslayer fulfilling their usual respective roles. Since SY does not have a looping card (Lippy, Viy, Blue Stripes Scout), we are going to use the Nilfgardian Viper Witchers and their Coated Weapons. The poison brothers Gellert and Roland will help us in clearing up the board space with their Machine-Gun Poison interaction explained in video https://youtu.be/Oa1IK-H-b8s. The main combo comprises of 1 Spotter and 2 Ricos! One side always plays the Spotter (every turn), the other side having one Rico in hand and one in deck. The Spotter always boosts self by the the in-deck Rico's power, the in-hand Rico simultaneously becoming the same power. But this does not double, because Rico's ability says that "set his power equal to that unit's power" instead of "boost him by the unit's power". We needed the in-hand Rico to somehow become double, so that the next Spotter would boost himself by that power. Rico can only be doubled if the Spotter gets doubled. And we all know there is only one card in the game that helps in doubling the deploy ability of a card: Syanna! And the more Syannas we have per turn, the faster Spotter and consequently Rico grows, and the game breaks faster. Once the in-hand Rico has been doubled, it is time for him to be smuggled back into the deck and draw the in-deck Rico in hand. Doadrick Leumaerts is going to bring in his expertise for this, shuffling the Ricos every turn, thus ensuring the next Spotter always gets the bigger Rico. The beauty of this combo is that it allowed us to break the game in a funny manner. We have all seen what happens to units on board when they reach negative points (they destroy themselve), but what about unit in hand? When the Spotter finally reaches negative points, the Rico becomes a 0 point card, which on playing also destroys himself! And so, that's about it.
