The best advice a my therapist has given me to help me deal with having narcissistic personality disorder. I have been in psychotherapy for nearly 7 years and recently my therapist hit me with some groundbreaking advice FOR ME. She told me "It's time to grow up". IT's time to grow up emotionally and have some emotional birthdays and grow up emotionally and release the grasp that the past has had on me.
