My 3-Week Volunteer experience in the Amazon Forest in Peru
Hello everyone! I'm a year 4 student in the Faculty of forest in the University of British Columbia. As a forestry student, I wanted to know myself better in the academic forestry area. And this program caught my eyes! How cool it is to live and work in one of the most mysterious forests! How cool it is to lose the phone signal for 3 weeks! Thus, I decided to go to the Amazon forest in Peru to volunteer as a forest ranger with one of my classmates, Chengdong. I really learned a lot from this experience, not just the rethinking in the study, but also in life. I also met many interesting and incredible people there! Watch the video and check everything out! It's actually the first time I edit video for longer than 4 minutes. Even though it took me 3 months to finish, it's still not as perfect as I expect. But it's a really great memory!
