Serves: 14 stuffing balls Ingredients: 800g sausage meat 350g cooked dice onion 100g diced vac pac chestnuts 30g dried breadcrumbs 5 leaves of chopped sage 2tsp salt 3tsp cracked black pepper 50g dried cranberries 8 juniper berries chopped Method: - Simply mix everything together in a large mixing bowl then divide into 14 meat balls. - Add a splash of oil to a frying pan and then begin to cook the meat balls till golden brown and cooked all the way through approx 15 mins required - Once cooked lift out of the pan and rest, then serve alongside your Christmas Dinner. #TomKerridge #Stuffing #RoastDinner
