Cooler Master Hyper 103 CPU cooler Unboxing and installation on Intel Lga 1511 socket
Sorry for the crude video, I'm not a professional and this video has been made entirely with my phone camera. Pc spec: Cpu: Intel Core i7 6700 Motherboard: Gigabyte B150m-d3h Gpu: Zotac Gtx 960 amp! 4gb Psu: XFX pro 650 watt gaming edition Hdd: WD blue 1tb Case: Cooler Master N300 Cooling: Deepcool Xfan 120, Cooler master sickle flow 120 x2, Hyper 103 Monitor: Asus vp228h Mouse: Logitech g302 Keyboard: Logitech k120 Sounds: Creative Sbs 2.0 Notes:- ---------- Previously the cpu temperatures used to hover around 58-62°C everytime I game, the max recording 65°C. Now after using the hyper 103 the temps has gone down as much as 20°C. The temperatures with the same games and configuration recorded a maximum of 45°C as of now. Mostly hovers around 38-44°C. Idle temperature is well below 30°C(25 and less) during this time of year which is January. My case cooling configuration is 2 fans for exhaust at the rear of the system. And one fan at the front for intake. This is to create a negative air pressure which allows the cool air surrounding the case to flow in or diffuse through the ventilation holes from the sides and front. I do not want to make an unidirectional flow of air which essentially targets to a single portion of the system. Rather keeping it mostly diffused, and I say mostly as there is one fan functioning in the front to draw air, the cool air is distributed all over the system leaving no place uncovered. The rear single fan and the front fan has been set to perform at their maximum rpm, while the top exhaust fan stays at 'normal'. GPU temperatures remain confined to 65°C mostly at manual settings. Feel free to ask any questions in the comments section below.
