Epic computer,gaming & media haul for resale, help needed with scratched CD discs

Need some help with scuffed discs, thinking of getting the JFJ easy pro machine that was on the 'Gillydaddy' youtube channel but as its around £150 new its a big investment or should I just get a £25 Skip DR ???
