PoE 3.21-3.23: Easy Spell Suppression and Ailment Immune

Edit: Still works in 3.22 Hopefully when Path of Exile Forbidden Sanctum league ends they don't mess with the skill tree and this will work after 3.20 in 3.21 Crucible and beyond.
