[PoE 3.15] Max Block Pillar STR Stacker EQ Juggernaut Build Guide! (13M Sirus DPS)
Hello everyone, it's Thales Moustache here and today I'll show you the League Starter that I've used in Expedition League to reach #2 on the Ladder, the Max Block Pillar of the Caged God Stregth Stacker Earthquake Juggernaut! This Build was originaly created right after the infamous 3.15 Balance Manifesto, I wanted a cheap League Starter that wouldn't be affected by the Nerfs, so this Build doesn't need Mana, it's Unaffected by Chill, Freeze or Temporal Chains (thank's to Juggernaut's Unstoppable Ascendancy) and does not rely on Flasks in any way! The Build has been tested both in SC Trade (PlayStation Expedition) by myself and SSF (PlayStation Expedition) by my friend BigBangNoTheory. We both had a pretty smooth League Start and even though Juggernaut is one of the least picked Ascendancies this League, we both managed to reach #2 in our respective Ladders with relative ease.
