Windows 10 UWP app Flickering on 30-bit color Depth SDR(10bpc) display,
This flickering has been happening since August 29th 2019 when Nvidia released their first 30 bit color support for GeForce drivers. The has been happening on all monitors that I've had since then and NVidia refuses to acknowledge it and Microsoft seems to ignore it. I've tried everything to fix it. From re-installing drivers, app, to reformatting my PC. I've always made sure everything is updated (including BIOS) and all software and Windows updates were up-to-date. This only happens when10bpc SDR is turned on. This does not effect 10bpc HDR or 8bpc SDR. My Specs: Monitor: MSI Creator PS321URV (32-inch 4K UHD with Vesa HDR 600) Motherboard: Asus ROG Maximus XI Extreme (Z390) CPU: Intel Core i9 9900k GPU: NVidia RTX 2080Ti FE RAM: High performance 128GB of memory SSD: Samsung 980 Pro 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD PSU: 1200 watt 80 plus Titanium
