How to Turn off Cortana Notification on Windows 10
Control Cortana notifications Cortana delivers personal notifications and helpful suggestions on all your devices. Customize them in Cortana’s Notebook and action center to fit your interests. Get notifications across your devices To sync your devices, open Cortana on your PC, go to Settings, and then turn on Send notifications and information between devices. After a few minutes, you should receive a notification on your PC asking you to confirm that your phone is a trusted device. Once it's trusted, you'll start seeing notifications on both devices. In action center, you'll see your top quick actions at the bottom. Select Expand to see all available.
